Enlightened Life Fellowship meets for grounded gatherings focused on silent meditation, guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, and practical lessons in Applied Zen. We explore Buddhism through real world context instead of transmitted doctrine. These modern services are simple and welcoming, with no expectations beyond showing up as you are, you don’t have to believe to belong. Our groups are explicitly free, all ages, held in person, and live streamed on Facebook.
