A retreat ministry of Enlightened Life Fellowship, Rooted Mind Retreats is designed for rest, clarity, and spiritual renewal through Applied Zen practice. Retreats may include respected teachers and facilitators, guided and silent Zen meditation, meaningful teachings, nature-based experiences, private local transportation, and chef-prepared meals that are unhurried and nourishing.
